JOHN LENNON Box Of Vision: LP ART Book
REMOVING AND REINSERTING THE LP ART BOOK FROM/IN THE SLIPCASE BOX.
Before removing the LP Art Book (the second widest book inside the slipcase box) we recommend you first remove, or partially pull out, the CD storage book (the wide book with the white ribbon).
When you reinsert the LP Art book, be aware that if the CD storage book is not already in place inside the slipcase, the art book may slide into the deep cavity inside the slipcase meant for the CD storage book. As the deep cavity in the slipcase– the portion of the inside of the slipcase closest to the front of the slipcase with the portrait of JOHN LENNON–is meant to store the deeper CD storage book, the LP art book should be stored closer to or up against the inside of the back side of the slipcase (the side with the JOHN LENNON drawing “Baby Grand.”)
The softcover Catalography book can be stored alongside the LP art book, on either side of the art book, inside the slipcase.
TWO VIRGINS LP COVER
The first LP cover inside the LP art book is a reproduction of the cover to the first John Lennon and Yoko Ono LP, UNFINISHED MUSIC NO.1. TWO VIRGINS. When you first open the LP art book you will see the “paper bag” version of this cover– a visual reproduction of the way this LP was packaged in the U.S. to cover the actual photo. Please note that this page is a fold out page in the LP art book– you can fold out the page from the inner spine of the book to reveal the actual original cover that was inside the paper bag.
